PLTGEN MARNI C MARCOS JR., Area Police Command-Northern Luzon Commander bestowed upon Police Regional Office Cordillera (PRO COR) the acclaimed Gold Eagle Award upon its conferment of the fourth and final “institutionalization” stage of the Performance Governance System (PGS) on February 21, 2022 at Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet.

PRO COR under the leadership of PBGEN RONALD O LEE in partnership with the Regional Advisory Group chaired by Engr. Eduardo N. Meneses garnered an overall rating of 96.82% in the Institutionalization Evaluation Process (IEP) conducted by the audit team from the PNP National Headquarters through the Center for Police Strategy Management led by PMGEN VAL T DE LEON, TDO/Vice-Chairperson, Technical Working Group for PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030 together with Commr. Zenonida F Brosas, NAPOLCOM/NAGPTD Member; PBGEN NOEL A BARACEROS (Ret), Chairman, NAGPTD, and PBGEN RANDOLF Y BALONGLONG, Director, CPSM validating the significant breakthrough results of the implementation of the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030 for the past three years.

PRO COR is the fourth PNP Office/Unit conferred as “institutionalized” in the implementation of the PNP’s long-term transformation strategy towards the attainment of a highly capable, effective, and credible police service.
